The service is good, free flow desserts and ice cream. The staff made us feel welcome. Ingredients are fresh and I recommend the lala soup and pork soup. The only hotpot place in Singapore that I would visit at least twice a month.

You can smell the rich tomato broth even before stepping into the restaurant — it’s quite fragrant. The place is visually striking, with tomatoes being the star of the show — they’re beautifully displayed outside and used generously in the dishes. Service was friendly and efficient. There’s a great selection of condiments and fresh fruits (watermelon, orange, honeydew), although no complimentary starter dishes were offered. We tried both the tomato soup (absolutely full of flavor) and the 猪肚汤 (pork tripe soup), which was not bad too. For dessert, there’s a self-serve cone ice cream machine with three flavours (vanilla, mango, and mixed), plus four other dessert options — a nice touch after a hotpot meal but taste so-so. Overall, a satisfying experience, especially if you love tomato-based broths!

The food quality here is pretty good! Meat and seafood are all fresh. Tomato soup leans sweet but the acidity is refreshing and cuts through the heaviness of the meal - also loved the very inventive prawn paste on a spoon that you can hang by the hotpot bowl (mine was still cooking don't mind the colour). Free flow dessert (ice cream / douhua/bingfen/grass jelly/matcha pudding). Overall a really good first experience here!

The tomato soup broth is thick and full of ingredients, nicest tomato broth i had so far. The ingredients were fresh and the prawn paste was definitely much nicer than other hotpot restaurants. The taro ball dessert was really refreshing. I will be back again.

Visited this restaurant for a weekday lunch and found plenty of available tables, allowing us to choose a seat by the glass window with a beautiful view of the Singapore River. For the broths, we tried the signature tomato broth and the clam seafood broth. The tomato broth was refreshing and flavorful, while the clam seafood broth lacked depth in taste. The highlights of our meal were the Australian marbled beef short rib, New Zealand hand-rolled mutton, and chestnut pork belly, each offering excellent texture and flavour. We also ordered the taro sweet potato ball, which was crispy on the outside and sweet inside—a delightful addition to the meal. Condiments are priced at $3 per person, and beverages (water chestnut drink, barley drink, and lemon tea) also come at an additional $3 per person. However, a nice touch is the complimentary dessert provided for all diners. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a hotpot meal with quality ingredients and a scenic view. Would recommend it for a cosy and satisfying dining experience

We chanced upon this place and enjoyed a wonderful hotpot! The tomato soup is wonderfully sweet and that makes all the items we ordered taste amazing! Highly recommended for those who love tomato soup hot pot, free flow condiments, fruit and ice cream!

I absolutely loved my experience at Xiaoyanzi Tomato Hotpot. The tomato broth was incredible—rich, flavorful, and just the right amount of tangy. You can really taste the freshness of the tomatoes, and it made everything I cooked in it taste even better. All the ingredients were super fresh, especially the beef and veggies. I also really liked their sauce bar—lots of good options to mix your own dip. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole vibe of the place was warm and welcoming. It’s perfect for a cozy meal, whether you’re with friends or just want something comforting on your own. If you love tomato-based soups or hotpot in general, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Enjoyed the hotpot broth especially the tomato, tasty and authentic ! Fresh ingredients and servings are adequate as well ! Enjoyed the condiments too. Only downside will be the ventilation of the shop towards the end, kinda warm ~ Great and friendly service and special shout out to Queenie who assisted to change my booking seamlessly.

First time trying, tomato soup is tangy and tasty. Prawn paste if fresh and bouncy. The pork tribe soup is delicious too. Service is attentive and friendly. Will be back again.

My feedback is reference to Haidilao which is the most popular in Singapore. Tomato soup base is more flavourful and the pig stomach soup has more ingredients like gingko and the stomach was thick and fresh. Kitchen hygiene probably needs to be improved cos I found one live fly in my shrimp ball dish which was still alive when I touched it The varieties of free side dishes were lacking and only watermelon and honeydew was available. There were no side dishes such as porridge, pickled veg etc.. Soup base option not available for 1 pax as they don't serve water as base and customers are forced to purchase 2 numbers of stock base. Ingredients are pretty fresh overall. Service was lacking at times as they didn't fill up my ice water and one of my dish also came around 15 mins after we ordered. Would I visit again? Probably not...
