I was given a name card. I am wondering why the shop owner does not answer his hp. I called the shop several times as well and no one picks up the phone. Yes we also texted and whatsapp. We need to do a follow up order and would not want to travel unnecessarily to this place. I hope the shop owner does something about this. So for tourist, be aware even with name card, once you have any issues to follow up, they might not be able to assist you. I am a local, most of the time, shops will give a call back or at least a reply with a message for a follow up. If they are afraid of scammers from calls , then maybe provide follow ups by other means. At the end of the day, as a retail place we need to communicate with our customers through an omnichannel, for valuable experience and post sales support.

Got our first mahjong set from the uncle at this shop. Uncle was really kind and efficient, he even waited for us to head down to draw cash. Love the design we got!!

Great place to shop for mahjong sets. Have a wide range of colours to choose from. Anything related to game (eg cards, dice, chips) can be found there. Also saw some unique antiques in the shop. Friendly service too. They just shifted to unit 02-18

Came in here looking to buy a Mahjong set and received very helpful friendly service - they had a decent variety of sizes and backings to pick from. The prices seemed a bit high compared to what’s online for similar, but I like being able to see the sets in person first so might as well support the business that enables that.
