Job Description

Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies, and monitoring stock rotation to minimize waste.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all products meet company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Operational Efficiency: Optimizing workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times for customers.
Cash Management: Handling cash transactions, balancing cash registers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Hygiene and Safety: Enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards in the workplace, including cleanliness and food handling procedures.
Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for management review.
