Craft Beer Bar Service Supervisor

The Good Beer Company is seeking a Service Supervisor for our small branch at China Square. The candidate should have a passion for craft beer and a bright personality to interact with customers.

This is a sole contributor role, working with and managing a few part timers, to ensure great customer service and encourage return custom in a small outlet. The role will require contributions to social media and promotional marketing as well as hands on service.

5 day week, Monday to Friday, weekends off

Responsibilities:

• Manage the draft beer bar and packaged offerings.
• Assist with social media and promotional plans to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Maintain inventory levels and ordering of supplies, including beer, other drinks, food, and other essentials.
• Ensure that the bar is clean, well-stocked, and meet all health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Manage and promote third party delivery services to grow this channel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a craft beer related environment.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good technical ability to manage POS, relevant apps and delivery services.
