Job Description
The Opportunity
- Exciting opportunity to be part of the Entertainment and Gaming services sector
- Duration: 1 year (renewable)
- Weekdays: $12.50–$16/hr | Weekends: $13.50–$17/hr (higher pay after 11pm)
- Location: Chinatown MRT
- Must commit to a minimum of one weekend and one weekday (additional days/hours are welcome)
Job description:
- Sell prize-related tickets and services at the counter
- Handle prize claims and charity ticket transactions
- Support customer onboarding and perform KYC verification
- Carry out daily cash and ticket reconciliation
- Maintain safety protocols and deliver quality customer service
Requirements:
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Well-presented, proactive, and positive in customer interactions
- Able to commit to at least 1 midnight shift
