Customer Service Officer (Urgent!/ Up $17/h)

The Opportunity

• Exciting opportunity to be part of the Entertainment and Gaming services sector
• Duration: 1 year (renewable)
• Weekdays: $12.50–$16/hr | Weekends: $13.50–$17/hr (higher pay after 11pm)
• Location: Chinatown MRT
• Must commit to a minimum of one weekend and one weekday (additional days/hours are welcome)

Job description:

• Sell prize-related tickets and services at the counter
• Handle prize claims and charity ticket transactions
• Support customer onboarding and perform KYC verification
• Carry out daily cash and ticket reconciliation
• Maintain safety protocols and deliver quality customer service

Requirements:

• Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Well-presented, proactive, and positive in customer interactions
• Able to commit to at least 1 midnight shift
