* Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels.
* Qualify and follow up on leads to understand client needs and interest.
* Clearly communicate our product and value to generate sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
* Arrange meetings and demos for the sales team.
* Meet KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Summary:
* 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
(Fresh grads or motivated beginners welcome!)
* Confident communicator comfortable with outbound calls.
* Resilient, driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
* Basic Excel/Google Drive skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
HR industry knowledge is a bonus.
