Responsibilities:

Managing policy issuance, renewals, and administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales efforts
Process new business, renewals, and cancellations
Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email
Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Any ad-hoc duties as required
