Maintenance Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Perform daily tool sustaining activities to ensure smooth equipment operation

·         Load and unload:

o    FOUPs with wafers

o    Reticles

o    Chemical bottles

·         Carry out basic alarm recovery on equipment

·         Assist the maintenance team in:

o    Dismantling and assembling equipment

o    Adjusting and repairing tools

o    Working as per layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and drawings

·         Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform system checkouts

·         Rebuild manufacturing equipment when required

·         Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers

Qualifications & Requirements

·         No specific qualification required (Training will be provided)

·         Basic technical knowledge or hands-on interest preferred

·         Willingness to work in shift-based environment

·         Ability to follow procedures, manuals, and safety guidelines

Work Schedule

Training Period

·         Monday to Friday

·         8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

·         Timesheet hours during training: 8.5 hours/day

Post-Training

·         A / B / C / D rotating shifts

·         12-hour shifts:

o    8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Day/Night)

Timesheet & Billing Guidelines

·         Standard timesheet hours: 11 hours per shift
