Role Overview
We are appointing a senior, part-time Group Talent & Hiring Partner to own and elevate recruitment across our group of businesses in Singapore and overseas.
This role is designed for an experienced HR or talent leader who excels at building high-quality hiring pipelines, working with recruiters globally, and advising founders on manpower strategy—without operational HR administration.
You will act as the single point of accountability for hiring outcomes, ensuring the right people are hired efficiently, consistently, and at the right level.
Core Responsibilities
1. Group-Level Talent Acquisition (Local & International)
Lead end-to-end hiring strategy for Singapore and overseas roles
Partner with external recruiters, agencies, and referral networks across multiple countries
Independently source senior and niche candidates when required
Translate business needs into clear, compelling role briefs and job descriptions
Oversee interview coordination, offer structuring, and onboarding alignment
Maintain a clear recruitment tracker and provide concise weekly updates to leadership
2. Strategic Hiring & Manpower Advisory
Advise management on role design, seniority calibration, and remuneration competitiveness
Support founders in structuring scalable team and reporting frameworks
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring risks, and employer positioning
Act as a sounding board on hiring decisions and candidate quality
3. Hiring Frameworks & Standards (Light Scope)
Maintain best-practice templates for offers, contracts, and onboarding
Ensure hiring practices align with Singapore Employment Act requirements
Coordinate with finance/payroll on headcount changes and onboarding timelines
Who This Role Is For
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles
Proven experience working with recruiters and hiring across multiple jurisdictions
Strong understanding of the Singapore employment landscape
Commercial, structured, and confident advising senior management
Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision
Experienced with digital hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, shared trackers)
Work Arrangement
Location: Home-based (Singapore)
Commitment: ~15 hours per week (flexible)
Reporting to: Group Chairman / Managing Director
Compensation: S$1,200 – S$1,500 per month, commensurate with experience
