Job Description
- Permanent
- Up to $2,700 + PB + AWS
- Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
- Bedok / Kembangan / Chinatown
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and support billing and collections
- Handle Singapore statutory matters including GST submission, CPF, levy, and compliance requirements
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing
- Provide administrative support including office coordination and general admin duties
- Assist with audit preparation and other ad-hoc accounting/admin tasks as assigned

Working hours:
- Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
Salary:
- Up to $2,700 + PB + AWS
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full sets accounts
- Able to handle both accounts and administrative duties
- Experience in hotel / hospitality industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Meticulous, responsible, hardworking, and able to handle confidential information
- Humble and mild demeanour with a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
