Process Improvement Manager

Location: Loyang, Singapore Industry: Aviation / Aerospace

Take the lead in shaping operational excellence at a leading Singapore-based Aerospace MRO operator. As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will partner directly with the General Manager to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives, improving quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and safety across Part 145 maintenance operations.

My client is looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in complex, safety-critical environments and can turn process improvement into measurable business results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Lean & Six Sigma programs to boost shop-floor performance and operational KPIs

• Partner with GM to deliver data-driven, high-impact decisions

• Drive local execution of global Customer Support & transformation initiatives

• Mentor teams and embed a sustainable culture of continuous improvement

• Track, analyze, and report operational performance and project benefits

What You Bring:

• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) with hands-on MRO experience

• 5+ years in Aerospace/Aviation MRO, ideally Part 145

• Deep understanding of MRO workflows, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
