Looking for a hands-on role in tech operations? Join our team to perform quality checks on mobile devices, manage stock-in-accuracy, handle data updates, and support online product listings. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow with a dynamic team

Job Description: 

• Perform functional and physical QC on mobile devices according to company standards

• Verify stock-in information to ensure data accuracy

• Record and escalate any abnormal cases found during QC or stock-in

• Handle data matching and system updates

• Support the upload of products to our sales platforms (e.g., company website, Carousell), product listing

• Assist in other operational duties as required by the team

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Strong administrative and detail-oriented

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems

• 6 days a week (including weekends)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
