🌟 What You'll Do:

✅ Craft and post job ads
✅ Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
✅ Screen and interview potential candidates
✅ Build strong pipelines and maintain relationships
✅ Track all candidate activity using Excel
✅ Work closely with our team to deliver successful placements

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• CEI (Basic or KAH) certified
• Min. 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking candidates)
• Independent, driven, and Excel-savvy
