Retail Assistant

Job Summary

Loka Made is hiring a Full-Time Retail Assistant to support daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming retail environment at locations near Bugis and Maxwell MRT.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures to ensure readiness for daily operations and secure closing
• Process customer payments accurately using the store’s payment system to complete sales transactions
• Communicate detailed information about artworks and products to customers to support informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout the day to provide a pleasant shopping experience
• Complete closing tasks such as tidying displays and securing merchandise to prepare the store for the next day

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (中英文) to assist a diverse customer base

Other Information

• Pay: Basic starts from $2,000 + CPF + Commission

• Location: Haji Lane (Bugis MRT) / Chinatown (Maxwell MRT)
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
