Retail Sales Assistant / Promoter (TCM) | Chinatown | Up to $3,000 + Commission + AWS

💰 Basic Salary: $1,600
💰 Estimated Gross Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 (including incentives and overtime)

Job Overview

Our client, a retail company specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products, health supplements, and herbal products, is seeking a Shop Sales Assistant / Promoter to support daily retail operations and provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional customer service

• Promote and recommend suitable products based on customer needs

• Assist customers with product enquiries and explain product benefits

• Handle cashiering duties and POS transactions accurately

• Ensure proper product display and stock replenishment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail outlet

• Support inventory checks and stock management

• Achieve outlet sales targets and assist in promotional activities

• Perform other duties assigned by the outlet manager

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, promoter roles, or customer service is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented with a positive attitude

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Able to work retail hours and a 6-day work week

Working Hours

• 6 days per week

• Approximately 50 hours per week

• Hours exceeding 44 hours per week will be compensated as overtime

• Operating hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Rest day on a roster basis
