Responsibilities

Prepare and present clear, timely monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance and strategic direction.
Collaborate with senior management to implement scalable process improvements.
Partner with technical teams to enhance the performance of our award-winning AI SEO tool.
Oversee and fine-tune SEO campaigns to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain high standards across all SEO deliverables and strategic outputs.
Work closely with internal departments to improve overall campaign quality and brand alignment.
Train and manage international SEO teams to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
Monitor search trends and algorithm updates to stay ahead of industry changes.
Respond proactively to shifting client needs and evolving search engine behaviours.
Contribute to the development of new SEO business initiatives, including SaaS, licensing, and franchising models.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, preferably within a dynamic digital marketing agency setting.
Previous role as a senior SEO consultant with a proven track record in team leadership and mentorship.
Strong skills in analytics and reporting, with a focus on measuring campaign performance and return on investment.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO strategies, technical SEO, content optimization, and search algorithm updates.
Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and data-centric platforms is an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
