We focus on hospitality and guest experience—No heavy cleaning, no dishwashing, and no toilet maintenance involved!

As a Service Ambassador, you aren't just serving; you are orchestrating the ultimate guest experience:

• Experience Maker: Welcome groups with high energy and kick off their singing journey with seamless room setups. 

• Vibe Curator: Master our state-of-the-art entertainment and lighting systems to ensure the atmosphere is always perfect. 

• Suite Hospitality: Deliver food and beverage selections directly to private suites with a smile. 

• Ambassador of Fun: Proactively engage with guests, recommend the best beverage packages, and ensure every group has a memorable time. 

• Stage Ready: Ensure our world-class entertainment suites are always inviting and ready for the next group of stars. 

⏰📍 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATIONS 

• Schedule: 5-day work week.

• Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (10 hours per shift).

• Work Location: Choose your preferred outlet (subject to availability)! 

Central/Orchard Area: Cineleisure Orchard | 313@Somerset | Suntec City | Lucky Chinatown | Bugis+ | Bugis Cube

North/Central: SAFRA Toa Payoh | Thomson Plaza | The Seletar Mall (Coming Soon)

North/East: SAFRA Yishun | Downtown East | Pasir Ris Mall

✅ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience: Previous experience in F&B or Hospitality is preferred but not required—if you have the right attitude, we want to talk to you! 

• Language Proficiency: Ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese is essential. You will be communicating frequently with Mandarin-speaking guests and managing entertainment/ordering systems that operate in Chinese. 

• Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old and above. This is mandatory for legal compliance regarding the service of alcohol and employment within licensed Public Entertainment venues. 

• Attributes: Proactive, outgoing, and a strong team player.
