Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment status, customs queries, and documentation requirements
Prepare, review, and submit import and export declarations accurately and timely
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
Declare import and export permit
Any ad-hoc duties as required
