Sous Chef (Western Fusion) | East

Location : Central, East

Work Timings : 6 days work week ;Work on shifts starting at 6:15am, 7:30am or 8:30am depending on roster

Duties:

1.Ensuring that all food prepared and served is according to the standards Contributing ideas and providing suggestions in menu developments
2.Communicating purchasing requirements daily
3.Monitoring all deliveries for quality and quantity to price, quality and appeal
4.Demonstrating proper food safety and hygiene at all times

Requirements:
Eager and quick to learn.
Team player.
Handle feedback well

Those whom has experience in western fusion will be benefitial.

Experience in bulk orders.
1~2 years of experience will be an added advantage.
