I was given a name card. I am wondering why the shop owner does not answer his hp. I called the shop several times as well and no one picks up the phone. Yes we also texted and whatsapp. We need to do a follow up order and would not want to travel unnecessarily to this place. I hope the shop owner does something about this. So for tourist, be aware even with name card, once you have any issues to follow up, they might not be able to assist you. I am a local, most of the time, shops will give a call back or at least a reply with a message for a follow up. If they are afraid of scammers from calls , then maybe provide follow ups by other means. At the end of the day, as a retail place we need to communicate with our customers through an omnichannel, for valuable experience and post sales support.
I didn't know what I needed for restringing a bead bracelet, and the helpful staff readily shared advice about the elastic strings and collapsible eye needles I ought to get. Not pushy at all too.
Had a positive shopping experience. Customer service was pleasant and helpful. Store was well-organised and had a range of higher quality findings than several other options in the area. Looking forward to drop by again!
Very helpful staff. Have been to other shops before and experienced snobbish attitude but over here they don't. I'm a beginner and they did not mind in guiding me. Merchandise are all neatly presented, easy to find.
First time stepping into the shop and one can pretty much forget about the list you going to buy. Price wise is about same as the other more popular bead shops. My suggestion, check around the places (PPC) before deciding where to spend your money. Otherwise the staffs were friendly.
very friendly staff !! the owner was very nice and kind. he happily explained to me and help me choose the threads, beads, needles that match my needs. he even explained the differences between designworks and material used. super helpful!! best beads shopping experience. would recommend and yar~~ will be back
Had a positive experience. Very helpful auntie , cashier and one guy who seems to be quite helpful and not so pushy but eager to see what you need. They also host a few classes which cater to your skill level. Although I thought they had several classes to different level it's actually one beginner class then free n easy . Managed to get a few items at pretty ok and cheap price . For beginner level , I think it's a good place to know more about the trade and how to advance to more skilled levels . Because they do have beginners kits for "big kids" like myself. Managed to get a few ala carte bracelet accessories . I think the pricing is ok because you're not stuck with bulk prices . But if you alrdy know what you want you don't have the option of wholesales prices. I think the main selling point is their classes .. some of the items like rose quartz is really cheap . Baroque pearls have quite a bit of variety.
I had my first visit to Mix & Match a fews days ago, and had a great experience. The store was busy (which was a great indicator I was in the right place for my beading project ). The store is well stocked and organized. The staff are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. The assortment of items range from tools, beads and much, much more. To top it off, my purchase awarded me a reusable bag which has come in handy. I recommend for those into beading, to have a visit to Mix & Match.
