Extreme Long waiting. Customers complaining, queue started moving faster.

The male officer at counter 5 (didn't get his name) on 13 Aug 24 between 12.30 to 12.40pm, is courteous and fast in handling my renewal of FD. When I took out my passbook, he even offered to update for me before I asked for it. All done within 10 minutes. Keep up the good work!

The warm and friendly service from Shufen at reception and the efficiency of Christine at the counter was amazing. This branch gets really busy at peak hour but I have never had delays in getting my requests processed. The team here are very helpful and detailed in making sure I understand how to login or troubleshoot online banking matters.

Maybank Chinatown, please remove your number if there is no intention to take calls. Been calling even the 1800 number, no one will pick up. They pick up n drop the call. Have to listen to the prerecorded message and then the phone will ring and thats 4-5 min of your time wasted. Terrible. They prefer customer visit the branches.

Friendly staff but always super busy. Get your queue no before heading down...

Limited product knowledge about credit and loans facilities. Lack of customer service. I would recommend only if you want to terminate any of maybank account since its the only Maybank around the area.

Enquired about their promo package and got quoted another package for other dates with 4/5 times the promo price. Asked further about it and got ghosted. If they can switch and bait at the start of the sales process, would you be assured they will follow the said itinerary for the tours you paid?

Very impressed with their 5 day Taiping, Penang, Ipoh and Malacca tour. The food was generous and generally very good. Itinerary was interesting. Will definitely book all future trips with Singatour.

*Pros* We had a very satisfying trip to Genting with Singatour from 14 March to 17 March. We have made many such trips there using other operators but none measured up. With your guide, Jack, at the helm, this is by far the best we have had. He was the icing on the cake. It was a short trip but he nevertheless entertained us and kept us updated along the way on proceedings. He also shared with us his many interesting experiences, history of Genting and the surrounding resorts. At Genting he secured our rooms and even got us the tickets for the concert. We were never left in the lurch. His caring nature (无微不至 的态度) made him stands out as an exemplary guide. The jovial side of him made him a complete package for the role. The company is only as good as it's employees and we must congratulate you for having him on board. We will be back for sure. (Also The lunch at Seremban both vegetarian and non vegetarian were up to the mark.) *Cons* SAFETY issues. The bus we took to Genting was not road worthy. It wandered from side to side now and then. A clear sign that the suspension system was faulty and due for urgent repair. I checked with the driver and he confirmed that there was an issue with the suspension. Fortunately for us the driver, a Malay gentleman, is a deft and careful driver. Whenever the bus wandered off track he would skilfully brought it back to line and that saved us the day and the ditch. With a lesser driver at the helm the result may be less desirable. The bus we took on the way back 'felt' mechanically sound. The Driver may be skillful but his tailgating habit of putting pressure on the vehicles infront and some speeding made the journey back a little on the edge ... dangerous. Outsourcing for mechanically sound and road worthy buses and safe drivers must be paramount. We hope Singatour will take heed and make safety mandatory. We look forward to an even better experience on our next trip of 3rd April. It will be proof of the pudding. Thank you. Ho 22 March 2023

I was searching for a tour company for a short company excursion. Was impressed with their assistance and service. We had a great trip with them, and the personnel was kind and accommodating. particularly Ms. Kai Xin and her Boss. Highly recommend them to any business or individual who is planning a trip. You’ll not be disappointed. 👍🏻
