Nice people and good attitude. Been having my hair cut there for a couple of years, they are not pushy with their products and feeling comfortable there. Prices of hair cuts are average standard.

Amazing teacher who showed care for me and the rest of his students both inside and outside the classroom. Lessons are easy to follow, but still challenges students to grasp concepts and to study harder. Spoke to me outside class on multiple occasions in his free time to check in on my progress and gave me personalised advice on how I can handle the rigorous nature of JC chemistry and JC in general. Extremely grateful... Recommended to many of my peers, who only had good things to say. 10/10

Super good chem tuition

Desmond deserves more than 5 stars. My daughter is taking HL Chem, which requires more than an interest in the subject but also dedication and continuous learning. Her best friend recommended her to join in the tutor class with Desmond and we have never looked elsewhere as Desmond is top notch. He knows all requirements and changes of syllabus with IB. Desmond's care is beyond tutor, outside tutor time he reaches out to make sure his students are doing okay in tests/exams/mocks through out 2 years. When school is out, Desmond is still keep on going. He guides his students on how to grow from the mistakes they did. As parents, he definitely take away our stress of making sure our kid has thorough understanding and ready for exams. We are very grateful to have him as our daughter's mentor. We are more than happy to refer him to anyone who looks for support for your child. A recommendation is to start early....before IB starts. Some of our daughter's friends started later which added more stress to them to catch up. Nevertheless, they were also happy to that we recommended Desmond to them. Thank you Desmond. You are amazing.

i joined this tuition center 4 lessons before my end of year exams, and it really helped elevate my chemistry to a score i deemed unfeasible to achieve. i would like to thank this centre for all the help it has provided, especially when Mr Desmond responded to my questions promptly, even in the wee hours of the night. thank you!!!

Teacher Desmond is a top-notch Chemistry tutor. But he is more than that; he was a mentor to my daughter who aced IB HL Chem. My daughter was often anxious & demanding about the thoroughness of academic understanding, and was looking for more. I asked around friends and he came highly recommended by the ACS Independent medic students. Teacher Desmond was very caring and always calmed my daughter’s angst especially when she had a rough week. He counselled her and helped to instil balance and inner peace. Teacher Desmond knows the IB HL Chem syllabus and mark scheme very well. He teaches topics thoroughly what schools sometimes gloss over due to the lack of time as a result of long term breaks, especially in international schools. He only has the best wishes for his students and he always encourages them to be the best version of themselves. I don’t think anything satisfies him more than receiving texts from his students on IB results day, screaming they have attained a 6/7 in HL Chem, which is no walk in the park! Give your IB children the right environment to learn. The lack of time to learn any subject increases stress unnecessarily. The best tip I can give is - consider starting early a few weeks before IB Y1 to get the cold engine warmed up after a long summer slumber!

ace brainery is a wonderful tution center, it allows for easy learning with very effective and simple explanations for hard topics. It has a great learning enviroment with snack, drinks and aircon. Mr desmond is a wonderful tution teach making lesson super engaging and breaking down super hard topics into easy bite sized pieces he gives great revision worksheets and practice test and allows for students to be super prepared for exams
