I had some employment issues which i sought the advice of Muntaz. My first encounter was a very prompt response via email, followed by a phone call before i met Muntaz face to face. What stuck me about Muntaz is she is quick witted and one who is not only professional but one who only has the client's interest at bay. She could have easily write a letter and start charging me through the nose (as you know with lawyers they go by the clock). Muntaz is one of the lawyers where you can ensure she goes the extra mile and provides her professional opinion in the interests of YOU as the client. I highly recommend Muntaz. Even though when the case was closed and I called her to inform her, with some finer details to clarify, she was more than happy to offer her advice over the phone! Muntaz you are a legend!!!!!

Very rude female staff (with short purple hair). I discovered the payment charged to me was a few dollars more. When I enquired, she saw the price tag was wrong and retaliated by saying “Even if the price tag states $100, we follow our pricing on our computer system. Furthermore, it may be the customer who changed the tag themselves”. She then quickly started tearing off the price tag from the item that I bought. I was shocked and taken aback by such unapologetic retaliation, and tried to tell her it’s not about the money but her response was inappropriate. And there’s no need for her to quickly tear away the wrong price tag for fear that I may use it as “evidence”. The woman continued to behave in a brazen and unapologetic manner, and said there’s nothing wrong with her tearing away the price tag (even after I already bought it). Her male colleague however was more tactful, and quickly went to the shelf to take more of the same product to show me the price tag was indeed wrong. However the damage was already done and I will never patronize this shop ever again. Shame that in this era of online commerce with cheaper price tag, this woman manning a physical store could still behave in this manner. Sheer bad luck for her boss to have such employee

Saturday morning, exploring shops along Riverwalk area and went into the mall. Hmmm, what to buy besides lunch? How about three different brands of colored pencils? Yeah! I use tons of colored pencils to illustrate letters that I send to family and friends so I am always looking for new colors or better, smoother pencils that aren't so hard on my hands. Here this small shop was packed with lots of random goodies and I was delighted to find these three brands, two of which I haven't yet tried. Anyway, they've got greeting cards and ink pens and all kinds of tape like double-stick or mounting tape plus little weird things like tiny cards on a metal ring or tags for gifts or crafts. You never know what you'll find. Highly recommended for a serious, unhurried browse.
