Post covid review: Exceptionally localized and privileged tours from FMJ. Special shout out to Anna, Lance and Yuta for their dedication and support during our trip in November’2022. My little one misses them.

FMJ is an excellent tour agency. It offers the best itinerary that is unique to the locality. With their well updated local knowledge, I get to visit many special places and taste the food that even their locals find it a pleasant experience. FMJ always provide the best value from staying in the best hotels and the best meals from the unique seasonal and local ingredients. The tour guides are always very helpful, accomodating and pleasant. FMJ offers the best value and experience for a truly enjoyable and memorable holiday. Thank you FMJ.

Been to japan several times. Favorite experiences were always with fmj. Best accommodation with the best guides. Esp good if u are travelling with family. My kids remembered uncle Lance, Yuki & Yuta.

One look at the price, many might turn away but you really have to experience it to know that what you’re paying is value for every dollar. They take pain to curate the best in terms of itinerary, F&B, accommodation, transport to bring about the most memorable experience. Their group size is also not big. Whether it’s a self drive or coach experience, my family has enjoyed their packages for at least two decades. They’ll always plan Onsen accommodations with Kaiseki dinners. I remember a trip where they even brought us to a very unique club where we were introduced to appreciate various types of sake. 👍🏼💞👍🏼

My family just returned from a two week self driving trip to Hokkaido arranged by Yuta-san. We are impressed by the detailed planning and the quick customer response at all times. This company does put customers first and they are truly experts in their field. The support given is throughout the trip and even though we were on our own we had support throughout. The detailed map and itinerary given made travelling much easier. What I appreciate most is the genuine desire to give customers the best experience. That makes this tour company stand out .

Cashier Jeenitha provided wonderful excellent impeccable services from 14th August 2024 and today 16th August 2024. I appreciated her courteous and helpfulness regarding the self service check out machine and even bagging. Thank you very much. I was again provided wonderful excellent impeccable services from Henry on 27th November in the early evening. Appreciate his enthusiasm, courteous and very helpful zest. Thank you very much.

All the staff were suspicious. I lost my money pouch here couple weeks ago. I asked to check the CCTV, they ask me to come again next day to meet the manager. But after I came again and met the manager, she wouldn't show me the CCTV. She asked my phone number, until now they haven't call me or message to confirm. Shame
