All the staff were suspicious. I lost my money pouch here couple weeks ago. I asked to check the CCTV, they ask me to come again next day to meet the manager. But after I came again and met the manager, she wouldn't show me the CCTV. She asked my phone number, until now they haven't call me or message to confirm. Shame

This is the worst Cheers outlet. The older staff is extremely rude and almost wanted to start a fight with me when I specifically requested for the Healthy365 QR code before payment. He went on to explain that the cash register could not print the receipt while the other cash register could but he was not supposed to use that machine that could print the QR Code because of "some company policy". When I enquired further, he got angry with me and started calling me names, saying I was being ridiculous and unreasonable. I managed to speak to a younger staff but the older staff kept going on and on, did not stop calling me names and still wanted to pick a fight. I left the premises after relating this issue to the younger staff who agreed to bring this matter up the the management.
For this matter, I am bringing this up as the Healthy365 QR codes, which are usually attached to the receipts, can be scanned and points are accumulated in exchange for Cash Value for use on Transport. Other means would be in exchange for Cash vouchers. This means that the QR codes are indirectly legal tender! And what appalled me was that he had huge stacks of those codes secured with binders clip on the table! He still had the cheek to pass me a random qr code and said, " Nah! You want qr code ah? Here, I give you qr code." - which is obviously unethical because those codes do not belong to me at all. I have already raised this issue to HPB since.
Also, customers who purchased items that have the 'healthier choice' symbols, please ensure that your QR codes are destroyed by tearing it up, if you do not want it. Unless you are willing to give it up, then by all means.
I understand times are tough but to practice customer service in this way by calling customer names and wanting to pick a fight just because customer made a request for what is deemed legit, honestly, allow him employment in the backend instead. He is definitely unfit to be in the service line.
