They have done a fantastic job in their services. We had a facial+massage combo package. They were very delicate and careful with our faces.

I have been a regular at Into Beauty for about 2 years now. Their facial service is really good and affordable. The staffs are well trained and they will take your feedbacks seriously.

Bought a massage + facial package after a trial session. The massage is better than the facial. Some hard selling, on which one experience made me feel very stressed as there were 3 staff altogether trying to sell me additional packages when I still had 12 sessions left 😅 I had to practically stand up and walk away before they stopped. That said, I asked them not to sell me any packages when I WhatsApp booked for my next appointment, and they did lay off the pressure after the session was done.

I've been patronising Into Beauty for a few years already and I must say that their service is amazing. All the staff there are professional and perform the beauty services with utmost care. The facial by Belle is so relaxing and the extraction is not painful. I can actually see great results on my skin over these years. They recommend only what is necessary and don't do any hard selling. The place itself is very clean and has a calming, relaxing vibe. The massage by Cathy and Hannah is wonderful. They understand the aches and pains that I have and uses the right technique to give relief and relaxation. Will highly recommend this place.

Bought 2.5hours spa from Fave here. Appointment was made promptly via WhatsApp Monday. Had quite a fantastic massage by a Chinese lady in the outlet. Excellent skills and very dedicated. Facial by a local/malaysian lady was mediocre and not properly done. I still had some cream in my eyes. Overall, worth to buy the voucher as the massage was great.

Absolutely LOUSY service. Called the salon to make an appointment for facial and the person just said "we are fully booked" and hang up the line. No offer of other dates or times. Then I whatsapped the salon number to book and was told opening hours are "weekend 11-9pm". I asked for Sunday 7pm only for them to reply "we work on Sunday from 10-6pm". So they cannot serve customers on the phone and cannot understand English to even serve customers on Whatsapp? What a TERRIBLE customer service you have!

I’m glad that I finally used up my package with them. First time I went, using a shopback voucher, got it at $30++ for 2.5hrs of facial+body scrub+body massage. Facial was very brief. Massage done by a Chinese aunty, it was very good. At the end of the session, the manager looking auntie, I think her name is Belle, she was very reluctant to let me go off, hard-selling at a highest level, I was so hungry and tired so I had no choice but to comply and signed a two times package. It was the worst hard selling experience I had in my whole life, I even thought of paying for the package just so I can go home. Trust me, she’s no joke. 2nd and third (LAST) time, I was served by a Thai looking lady, Hannah. I think she served many customers throughout the day so she seemed tired and rushed to finish the session. Skipped some steps, e.g. do this on the left but never do on the right side. When I asked her, she said she did already which is not true. I take it as she had a long day at work, forgivable. Lastly, they shifted to a new spot which is nearer to the entrance from mrt. I can clearly hear the passerby chitchatting during my session. The treatment room is shady and cramped. Picture taken in 0.5x. It was within a treatment room, room in a room with curtain as segregation. While I was waiting for my masseur, I can hear people walking into the outer room to take stuff. Privacy at a minimum level. There was nothing but fear whenever I thought of going INTO BEAUTY to use my package. I quickly wear my shoes after my massage is done. Got caught by another manager looking auntie, trying to psycho me to sign package again, luckily she was not as persistent as Belle, thank god! Btw, all the aunties there are kinda intimidating

I love my Parisienne lash perm! It’s easy to manage and great for moms with little ones, who wants to look their best with short makeup time. I absolutely love it and will continue to do this. Thank you for the great service.

Been doing my lashes with Marina for years now. The best in terms of quality and detail! Can’t even tell when she’s doing my lashes, almost always fall asleep!

Did eyelash extensions, but felt like I didn’t do it at all. It was so light and thin till none of my friends noticed that I did it. Think the therapist that did this for me is not skillful, I even had to tell her to put more eyelashes at the tail end of my eyes. Not detailed enough.
