It was my first time visiting Sun Tanning Studio today, and the overall experience was excellent. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. There was absolutely no hard-selling. Instead, they assessed my skin condition first and then recommended the most suitable tanning machine and lotion for me. The service was thoughtful, and I was pleasantly surprised to see visible results from just one session. I'm truly satisfied this five-star rating is well deserved!

On my 3rd visit I was disappointed when the light was bright and super hot yet there was little tanning effect. I bought 2 packages yet only used twice on the first package and only once on the 2nd package. I know it has expired but I decided to try my luck. So I called today to enquire. I was told in an unapologetic way that I need to buy a new package again. There was no sense of guilt that I paid for unfulfilled services. Don’t support this company

After i posted my review, they messaged me asking me to do one more review on a different platform. I declined as their original message states either google or trustpilot. When I declined politely, they said no $50 voucher unless I do both. Not even a thank you was said for even doing this review. Poor ethics, zero duty of care, and staff goes back on their word. You can keep your $50. (Posted screenshots of our WhatsApp messages as proof of their scam.) It’s been a week since I did the Intensive Acne Medic treatment at the trial price of SGD $89.00 nett. Wanted to give myself the time before making my honest review on the treatment and the condition of my skin at the moment. The location is easy to find, located near Clark Quay MRT. Helpful directions were also given on WhatsApp, after my booking was confirmed. A skin consultation was done once I reached and photos of my face were taken. I’ve neglected my skin for too long (been about 4 months since I had my last facial). Thus I had a lot of hormonal acne formed on my face and in need of some serious rescuing. The treatment was thorough, and the extraction of my large acne was extremely painful for me. However the therapist was very patient and took the time to really treat my face. I also appreciate how she did not pressure me into signing up for a package, allowing me to properly access my skin condition post-treatment. I wished that the therapist explained to me how I should take care of my skin after the facial. The IPL caused my skin to look burnt, and over the next couple of days, scabs were formed and my face was peeling. It was really depressing having to go to work with that happening and I really wished that they could have informed me on what to expect and how to let my skin heal properly. Despite the lack of post-treatment help, my skin looks a lot better than last week. My hormonal acnes seem to have cleared up and I feel better with how I look. They offered a $50 voucher if I leave a review on Google so I may consider returning again.

Have been a customer with Glomax for more than 6 years, all the therapists are attentive, caring, and skillful. I look forward to every session which is comfortable and relaxing, as both facial and shoulder massage recharges me. I have combination skin and large pores and found that my skin is overall less oily now, pores are more refined so I experience less breakouts. Thank you Glomax for taking such good care of my skin!
