Am a regular customer of Charles and Keith, the service from this branch at the Central is the worst I’ve encountered. The lady staff had a very bad attitude and shows no willingness to assist the customer. Decided to walk off and not purchase due to her bad service. Date of visit: 20 April 2024. Time of visit : 5.15pm.

I had a great experience with courteous staff. He was humble and very friendly. Thank you for a smooth and seamless shopping experience.

I didn't expect to be writing a bad review for a law firm, however, I am just appalled by their services. Emails goes without response for weeks and you will have to call to follow up on things, only to have the administrator forgetting to reply. A true test of one's patience, if you are seeking legal advice, I recommend you find it elsewhere.
