I engaged Matthew Chiong Partnership to assist with my legal work for refinancing my home loan, and I'm pleased with their service. Jenn explained the entire process clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Communication was timely, and all documentation was handled smoothly without delays. Special thanks to Lawyer, Kel for going the extra mile and making sure everything was in order for the completion date. The legal fees were reasonable and clearly stated upfront, with no hidden costs. I felt confident that my interests were well protected throughout the process.

Ms. Josephine (LEE) is professional and patient especially in answering to my repeated questions with her beautiful smile. She is also quick in response via phone and email. Personally I am glad she is appointed to assist me. Happy with her service and friendly gesture.

Josephine was professional, efficient and pleasant throughout my family’s interactions with her even if we contacted her over the weekend (so sorry, Josephine!). I did not feel in any way that she was unapproachable. It was difficult to get in contact with her (or anyone else) in the firm but thankfully closer to the date of needing to sign off on legal documents, we heard back from her promptly. She was also kind enough to set some time aside to my family to explain things further, however we did not need to in the end. Receptionist at the front office counter has to be more welcoming though. She was curt and unfriendly when we walked in and asked warmly if we could meet with Josephine. Not sure why that experience happened.

We hired Matthew Chiong Partnership through our regular property agent's recommendation for decoupling purposes. We are extremely disappointed with their service and response. A serious internal communication breakdown between their relationship managers, lawyer (on duty) and secretary. Inconsistent information and delay actions were occurred without proper explanation given. A professional law firm provides an unprofessional service which ends up with overall poor efficiency and reliability. I felt like my case was the least importance to be processed and we need to pay them to "enjoy" for this kind of unprofessional service. If we ever need a law firm, Matthew Chiong Partnership is definitely not considered.

Jolene is very friendly and caring. Always checking up on me even after months of me working at the new job. Payroll is also always on time. Thank you Jolene, you have always been a great help and reply super efficiently on my enquiries.
