Pretty empty on a weekday night, perfect place to chill and grab a quick bite. Prices of the sub have gone up though. Not sure why, but the Clarke Quay outlet did not have the value meals. I only realized the $6.50 value meals were still around when I walked past the Chinatown Point outlet right after dinner :”)

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I've encountered with my orders from Subway. This is not the first time I've faced problems, but this recent experience has left me extremely frustrated and feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously. Here are the issues I've faced: I repeat again the issues happen many times not just 1 or 2 times!!! 1. **Lack of Vegetables:** In my most recent order, I received almost no vegetables. I’ve attached photos to show the unacceptable quality and quantity of what I received. 2. **Incorrect Bread:** Previously, I ordered a foot-long sandwich with specific instructions to use multigrain bread due to my dietary needs as a diabetic. Despite clearly stating this, the bread was replaced with two different types, neither of which I can safely consume. 3. **Missing Items:** I have consistently experienced missing items in my orders, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when I have paid for them. These repeated mistakes are unacceptable. I feel disrespected as a customer, particularly when my health concerns are disregarded. A refund does not address the inconvenience and the potential risk to my health. The quality of the vegetables was also appalling, and they appeared dirty and unfit for consumption. I demand immediate action to address these issues, and I expect a response explaining how Subway plans to ensure that this does not happen again. This situation needs to be taken seriously.

2 female staffs seem like unwilling to serve customer.The Filipino lady seems impatient and quickly walk away after I say my order request at each point! Another staff, a Malay lady seems also uninterested to listen properly.Unwilling to listen to customers order then don't work! Serve with eye contact and sincerity! We don't owe you anything yet can't even get a simplest amount of decent service!

Excellence service from Mischa. She recommend the signature menu, I ordered the smokey BBQ beef brisket. The sandwich was smoking good! Going to try the other 4 signature sandwiches. Thanks Mischa!

Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket was very cold.. They did not properly heat it .. And terrible customer service. Malaysia’s subway is way so much better! Sad .. paid so much but taste awful

If I were to rate zero star, I definitely will! What a lousy service. Cashier is poorly trained. Just because the customer is a foreigner, why special treatment? The customer hasn’t even finished waiting for her orders and why she gets to queue first while I just needed to buy a bottle of water and have to wait for her to be done????? What the heck! I waited and waited and the cashier just pretend not to look at me and waited for that lady foreigner who hasn’t even get her orders yet!!! What the heck!! Please take a look at your unprofessional Malay staff who doesn’t know to work and very bias. Today at around 9:35-9:40am, 24th July 2025!!!
