Triple my enjoyment with their lastest Limited Time Triple Cheese creations! Oozing with American, Nacho & Swiss Cheese serve on an all NEW glazed up bun, topped with fresh lettuce, creamy mayo & a drizzle of tangy BBQ sauce! I got their crispy 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈! Very nice!!!! We also order some 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑩𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 and finish with a 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒌𝒆.

They managed to mess up even with the simplest order. Ordered tempura chicken nuggets with curry sauce, and somehow, they didn't give me the sauce. The chocolate Sunday with mint candies in the picture tasted so bad. The soft serve is too sweet but not milky. The candies are stale as if they were old. They gave very little chocolate syrup (compared to McDonald's), which made it even worse. It's definitely my last visit of BK, especially for this outlet.

The Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss I had was burnt so black it tasted bitter. The mushrooms were overly salty. Mind you, this is not a cheap burger. I've posted two pictures of my burgers, one with the blackened beef patty at the bottom and the other is the replacement burger, mushrooms still salty! I can only deduce that the mushrooms were prepared in a big batch. The restaurant itself was also dirty with smudges on the posters hanging on walls and tables were not cleared by the previous consumer. I'm very disappointed with the food quality control of BK in general as I have experienced lower quality food served at other outlets but the burnt patty at CQ Central tops it all.

Went there sometime ago for late dinners whenever I happened to be nearby.The 1st time I was there, I had a nasty encounter w an Indian male crew w a moustache.He was arrogant disrespectful by arguing in defiance w me when I called for his attention.He deliberately ignored me and stared hard at me to challenge me after I asked him if he cannot hear what I said!😬It keft me fuming while dining there.Then last night I was there again n saw him again.He talked back in defiance to look inside the burger, after I checked with him for the extra cheese topping.He ranted at me non stop over it and even got the cheek to tell me to GET OUT! during the heated tirade.He didn't stop ranting at me, even his malay Manageress told him to back off twice yet he didn't stop until she pushes him. I asked him for the refund to leave yet he snubbed me off ! 😤Such counter crew is not fit to be at work! After I finished my meal spoilt customer's mood terribly to bully a vulnerable female customer! Not more star deserved to post it!

Deserve a 0 rating! Dirty tables, extremely poor service, and surprisingly rude people, especially, Thava who claims to be the manager. Such ineptitude is disgraceful for a manager. She handed us the tray, instead of the take out bag as we had ordered. Moreover, 25% of our order was missing. When asked her about the poor service, she remarked rudely that she was busy. No apology, zero finesse. Shame on you Burger King! Folks don't go here unless you're itching for a bad experience!

Big thumbs up for the crew under Miss Azura... I spilled my drinks onto the floor and my meal... she and the crew was fast to clean up the situation and offered me a new meal... really appreciate the hospitality this crew treats me... well done. Keep it up...

While the food was decent, it didn't quite meet the standards one might expect from BK. Maintaining consistency across various branches in different countries may be a challenge. Overall, it's a suitable option for a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in quality.

I was at Burger King Clarke Quay Central for a light meal last night and I like to share my overall patron experience. I was greeted by an Indian service crew politely and attentively at the counter to take my order. The order was served accurately and hot within 5 min despite the outlet was packed with patrons. While taking my meal, I heard and saw a disrespectful and arrogant woman abused the service crew verbally with hostile gestures, raising her voice loud and aggressively, slamming the servicing tray at the counter to demand for refund. This rude patron constantly finding faults without valid reasons. Her dramatic anger and overreacting behavior was absolutely disruptive to other patrons. I like to compliment the outlet manager and service crew who were able to manage this dramatic situation well with their utmost professionalism! The manager being politely and patiently listening to this rude patron's complaints and trying her best to calm this uncooperative dramatic patron! I strongly recommend Burger King to take necessary action against this type of dramatic patrons to abuse the service staff verbally or physically.

Look out for Burger King fast food chain. 1st time trying out the plant based whopper ! Gosh it really tastes like beef ! Huge 2 thick beef patties. Very yummy and amazing! However the bread burger disintegrates easily and the in between ingredients all spill out . Hence using hands was pretty messy when eating ! Overall is a good experience in having the plant based whopper . Perhaps , burger kings can relook into providing a more firm bread or cut up the burger into 2 portions. A healthier and more sustainable alternative. C‘mom try out when you head over or pass bye any Burger King outlet
