Sgd32.8 nett for combo lunch for 2 mixian with 2 toppings each, 2 snacks, 2 drinks. Quite good value especially if you order the premium toppings, but -- Very small portion of toppings provided. At most 20g fish, 20g beef. Not much chives provided. Teh is not sweet enough. No condensed milk used, only evaporated milk and sugar. Not fragrant. Side dishes are very salty - French beans with minced pork, we couldn't even finish the salty minced pork. Chicken wings very flavoursome but too salty after the first wing. Noodles portion very huge. No complimentary water served. Service was decent. Environment was alright, great for catch up with colleagues and friends. Don't think I'll be back given how salty the side dishes are, and how paltry the servings of meat toppings are.

Ordered the set for lunch. 20SGD for a mixian with very large portion, a iced milk tea and side dish. The sliced pork with garlic is good. It used smashed garlic to bring down the spiciness and the seasoning is at the point. The only drawback is that it uses cheap ingredients, suspected to be frozen pork and later proved to be the case. The portion of the mixian is extremely large and I cannot even finish half. However, it is really mediocre. The soup base seems to be instant and not thick as the real chicken bone soup. Same as the side fish, all the ingredients in the mixian is not fresh. Meat balls are made by machine and all meats are frozen and with its texture ruined. The noodle is bouncy and chewy. The iced milk tea is good. The pickle and the sauce is my favourite of all: at the point and really elevate the taste. All in all, the food here is normal but I would say this is a good choice if looking for some budget meal and like heavy taste. Ordering mala or other heavy taste soup base will definitely make the meal more enjoyable.

Ordered the mala soup, not very flavourful and didn't taste great. Noodles were springy and well cooked but the rest of the ingredients were a miss. The chicken wings were cooked well but the seasoning didn't pull through Century egg sauce wasn't great either, overpowers the egg and doesn't taste that good itself so... There was also a fly that came to land in our soup when we were almost done :(

Though it's a franchise, it is the first time that I've actually tried. Initially I thought that it was going to be another normal tasting noodle soup, but to my surprise the soup is so tasty that it gives a warm fuzzy feel of home cooked taste. Definitely didn't expect the size of the portion when we ordered because we just wanted everything in a bowl that we can try, it was definitely enough to feed two person. The other choice was to handpick the ingredients that you want and they will cook to your customization. The side dishes were great as well. Basically I will qualify this as comfort food, even more so on a rainy day.

Tried the Lei Cha with brown rice. The soup had a handmade earthy, fragrant and rich in flavor. However, it leaned on the saltier side, especially with the addition of the preserved radish. I was hoping for a cleaner, more refreshing profile to match the usual healthy feel of Lei Cha. The roasted peanuts added a lovely crunch and depth to the texture.

This is a bit of a hidden gem within the food complex cuz it's slightly hidden by a pillar. Opened by a young couple and you can literally taste the effort being put in, from the quality of the ingredients to the umami taste of the yong tau foo. Be sure to try the self-made chilli sauce, tangy and yummy. By far the best combination of healthy and satisfying I have tried in a Lei Cha so far. Well done guys.

HamCha is Hakka for leicha if you are wondering about the stall name. The leicha soup here is authentic Hakka HamCha, the best I had in SG. The YTF is not bad, they do use pork for the filling like most Hakkas but I prefer if the filling is firmer. The stuffed mushroom was great with the shitake mushroom very firm with good bite. My only complain is that they do not reheat the YTF before serving.

Was looking for thunder tea rice near my workplace and this was one of the places I found. Came here at around 3pm on a Friday and they were sold out but I managed to return and try on a Sunday at 11am as another stall we wanted to eat at was not open. I have been eating lei cha for more than a decade now and I really liked their version. I like my cha without water and the boss even warned me that they made theirs stronger, but it was alright for me. Their hand made Hakka yong tau foo is also freshly fried upon order, so the whole meal is a delight. I strongly recommend this stall if you want to give thunder tea rice a try.

I have not tried all leicha in Sg, but this is definitely my favourite. The tea taste is very balanced, no overpowering herbs or leaves taste. The rice ingredients have enough crunch from the nuts, seeds and vege etc. Even for first-timer who have not tried leicha, I think it’s able get them “addicted” as well. Definitely no need acquired taste for it. Can add some fried yong tau foo as sides. Very fulfilling and healthy meal.
