Bought a Slazenger luggage for $89, firstly the lock spoiled then the divider compartment spoiled, then one of the wheels came off. Avoid at all costs! Edit: I would rather not go all the way there for repairs unless reimbursed, too many problems with the luggage to count

We came here because the reviews were good, but the customer service experience and prices were bad. The older gentleman was rude and dishonest with his sales tactics. I asked for prices on a couple of 28” bags and he immediately provided numbers that were clearly higher than normal, only to reduce them as soon as I said I would come back after checking a nearby store. When I said I’ll come back again in just a few minutes, he got upset and said “you go buy there then,” put the luggage up and walked off. So I did exactly that and never came back! Read at least another low review and you’ll see it’s not just me who was treated this way. Avoid this place. Plenty of honest places nearby

If you like getting a cold shoulder from the staff then this is the place for you. Otherwise, just visit the Chinatown OG 5 mins away. Came down due to all the raving reviews about the great customer service but it was clearly absent. Uncle was friendly towards a couple who just bought a few pieces of luggage. We waited for him to conclude his business before asking about the pricing, warranty and place of manufacturing. I'm not sure what I did to offend him but he answered nonchalantly, ignored us right after to do his own stuff. Must be really busy unpacking to attend to customers. Price is indeed competitive but I can't recommend anyone to come down here. There is a limited selection of luggage and you might have to face a temperamental Uncle.

No hours listed on website. I called 4 days in advance to confirm store would be open, was told they'd be open until 6pm. Left work early, rushed over, called because I could not find the store as the address on google maps is wrong. Was told I need to make an appointment and they were closed today. This is not a business that can be relied on.

We actually search here in the google maps with "Cheapest Luggage Bag in Singapore" and this store pops up as the top 1 with goods reviews and so we went for it. We also have read low reviews from here but just go with our guts and trusted the good reviews and yes it was a really good people with awesome customer services. Once we arrived there we have been immediately accommodated by Mr. Sir as you can see in the photo and he is very polite. We immediately said that we are looking for the cheapest luggage bag for 20kg and he have mentioned a bag costing only around 50+ dollars. But as you can see in the photo, we have purchased a luggage bag around 90+ dollars as it seems more sturdy and the original price is 99 but it seems that he is in a good mood on a morning saturday so we got it at a discounted price hehe. For the payment, they are accepting cash and card as well. We insisted in paying card because we only have 60 dollars on hand cash so he said we can pay for cash and the remaining balance at card. Overall, this is a really recommended place for purchasing a travel bag especially for people like us who are really in need of a travel bag. I hope this review helps other people as well and have the same experience we did.

Amazing place with extremely helpful owners. Helped us and another couple we were with find exactly what we needed in additional luggage. Phillip was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for us. Excellent prices for quality luggage! We specifically went there based on previous reviews which were spot on.

The service was very excellent. The 2 owners are super friendly. No hard sell at all!! When i asked them if they have the model and colour that i wanted, they didn’t have stock. But 2 days later the uncle texted me that the stock had arrived. He was very kind to keep the stock for me for almost 1 week as I was in overseas so I can go to the shop to buy when i was back in SG. On the day i went back to buy, he set the passcode for the lock for me and told me all the features of the luggage and also how to register for warrantee. The price is very competitive. I definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars with 2 thumbs up!!
