We actually search here in the google maps with "Cheapest Luggage Bag in Singapore" and this store pops up as the top 1 with goods reviews and so we went for it.
We also have read low reviews from here but just go with our guts and trusted the good reviews and yes it was a really good people with awesome customer services.
Once we arrived there we have been immediately accommodated by Mr. Sir as you can see in the photo and he is very polite. We immediately said that we are looking for the cheapest luggage bag for 20kg and he have mentioned a bag costing only around 50+ dollars.
But as you can see in the photo, we have purchased a luggage bag around 90+ dollars as it seems more sturdy and the original price is 99 but it seems that he is in a good mood on a morning saturday so we got it at a discounted price hehe.
For the payment, they are accepting cash and card as well. We insisted in paying card because we only have 60 dollars on hand cash so he said we can pay for cash and the remaining balance at card.
Overall, this is a really recommended place for purchasing a travel bag especially for people like us who are really in need of a travel bag. I hope this review helps other people as well and have the same experience we did.

The service was very excellent. The 2 owners are super friendly. No hard sell at all!! When i asked them if they have the model and colour that i wanted, they didn’t have stock. But 2 days later the uncle texted me that the stock had arrived. He was very kind to keep the stock for me for almost 1 week as I was in overseas so I can go to the shop to buy when i was back in SG.
On the day i went back to buy, he set the passcode for the lock for me and told me all the features of the luggage and also how to register for warrantee.
The price is very competitive. I definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars with 2 thumbs up!!

This little luggage store is hidden away in the back of the People's Park Centre and while it may not be as easy to find as some of the other luggage places dotted around Singapore, the lovely couple who run this store know their stuff. They're incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the luggage and are accomodating with alternate options if you have a fair idea of what you're looking for. Great, friendly service, complete with tips about what luggage would suit your choice of travel. Spend your money at a well run, family business and support the little guy instead of going to the big chain stores.

We too greatly appreciated the knowledgeable service provided by the proprietors, carefully measuring our potential purchase to ensure that it was less than the maximum cabin baggage size for a particular budget airline. My wife also found a rucksack that also had detachable wheels so that it could be wheeled as well as carried. We left very pleased with our purchases and the attentive service that we had received

Bought a Slazenger luggage for $89, firstly the lock spoiled then the divider compartment spoiled, then one of the wheels came off. Avoid at all costs!
Edit: I would rather not go all the way there for repairs unless reimbursed, too many problems with the luggage to count
