It’s fantastic! Had wanton, Chee Cheong fan, siew mai and soup dumplings. Best to go in the morning or early afternoon. They sell out very fast!

Chef Leung's Rice Noodle Rolls - Hong Kong-style chee cheong fun stall at Chinatown Complex, 18 years at Raffles Hotel.
Chef Leung's Authentic Hand-Milled Rice Noodle Rolls (梁师傅肠粉) in Chinatown Complex represents the pinnacle of traditional Hong Kong-style chee cheong fun craftsmanship. Led by Chef Leung, a native Hong Konger with 18 years of experience at Raffles Hotel and decades of culinary expertise since age 17, this family-operated stall has spent 8 years perfecting their signature rice noodle rolls. What sets them apart is their meticulous daily hand-milling of rice after 10-hour soaking periods, creating distinctively wrinkled, elastic rice noodle sheets that showcase authentic texture and subtle rice flavors. Their menu features five varieties including original, pork, char siew, prawn, and tuna with onion, all served with house-made peanut-sesame sauce in classic HK style. Operating from Tuesday to Sunday (7am-2pm or until sold out), this establishment preserves traditional Cantonese craftsmanship while Chef Leung, his wife (former Hilton Shanghai chef), and son Lucas continue the legacy of authentic, silky-smooth chee cheong fun that has earned recognition among Singapore's finest rice noodle roll destinations.Based on 5 reviews

Would return, would recommend. A high quality product with all the trimmings and options. Original contains sesame sauce as the main flavour profile. Slippery, soft yet firm. Not gooey. Slides and slurppable. Fantastic value. One of the better rice noodle rolls/changfen/ chee Cheong fen I've had around the world. Cash. Expect $4-$7.

Had the watercress fish congee & plain steamed rice rolls this morning - both were delicious. The congee was smooth & comforting with generous chunks of fish & a refreshing hint of watercress. The rice rolls were silky-soft with a light, chewy texture & a nice rice fragrance, complemented by the house-made sauces. Handmade Hong Kong-style breakfast done right.

Really soft cheong fun. I tried the egg cheong fun ($3.70) and the 皮蛋瘦肉粥($5) which was really huge. I took 45 minutes to finish my breakfast. You can see from my photos how big the porridge was and it was full of ingredients (3 pork balls, pork slices and century egg). The porridge is not as sticky as cantonese style congee. Instead it is a bit less viscous.

Go early or they will be out, 7 AM. The pork and cha siu are really good. Chili sauce for perfect amount of spice.
