At the Chinatown Point location, customers use iPads to place orders for freshly made-to-order sushi, which is then delivered directly to their table via a Formula One race car-shaped delivery vehicle that travels along overhead tracks.

Despite ordering only four plates of sushi, I waited over 30 minutes, and only two plates were served. Even a simple request for tea took more than a minute to arrive, and this was during a time when the restaurant was not busy. In addition, the fried dishes that were served were cold, giving the impression that they had been prepared a long time ago and left sitting out. The overall service and food quality fell far below expectations, and I felt very let down. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take steps to improve your service and food quality.

Food was great until I saw 2 cockroaches peeking right next to my food. Gave feedback to the manager. There’s another review here a year ago on baby cockroaches in this outlet too, which is quite unsettling

Good generic sushi from a reputable sushi chain restaurant. Reliably consistent sushi and of course relatively affordably priced. Been coming to this branch for a very long time now and it never disappoints. Lots more booth seating than other branches.
