Great experience at Genki sushi Chinatown Point outlet. Staff are helpful especially Mei! She is attentive and always check on us, the way she communicate with customers also tells that she is very friendly, heartwarming and serve customer with care and pride!. Exceptional Service by Theresa! I had a great dining experience at Genki Sushi Chinatown Point, and a big part of that was thanks to Theresa. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely warm and professional at the same time. Her service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Thank you, Theresa – you’re a true gem!

First tome to visit and I really love the restaurant. I love the atmosphere, the food was served fast through a train track which I love the most. Sylvia who assisted us is friendly. Definitely recommended when you visit Chinatown, Singapore

Good generic sushi from a reputable sushi chain restaurant. Reliably consistent sushi and of course relatively affordably priced. Been coming to this branch for a very long time now and it never disappoints. Lots more booth seating than other branches.

Aunty was pleasant and friendly throughout our meals. There's a lunch set special which is quite value for money for small eater. Fast during lunch hours.

Love the smooth order process with 'train in conveyor belt' serving food right to your table. Cutlery and sauces are all topped up in the drawers. Service staff Mei is very helpful and brings joy to diners

I had an amazing experience at Genki Sushi, thanks to our waitress, Mei. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout the meal. Mei seemed to know exactly when we needed something without being overbearing, and her timing was spot on. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu, giving great suggestions and answering any questions we had. It was clear she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. Even when the restaurant got busier, Mei handled everything with ease, keeping the service smooth and efficient. Her attention to detail and warmth really made our meal special.

Everything we ordered was SO FRESH! Salmon, sashimi, crab, yellowtail, squid, literally everything was so good! I usually eat Genki but this outlet at this time was exceptionally great 😃!!! Auntie Mei is so cute and friendly. She’s amazing staff 🩷

Friendly and accommodating staff! There is no queue and the food was fast. The place is very clean too.
