Despite ordering only four plates of sushi, I waited over 30 minutes, and only two plates were served. Even a simple request for tea took more than a minute to arrive, and this was during a time when the restaurant was not busy.
In addition, the fried dishes that were served were cold, giving the impression that they had been prepared a long time ago and left sitting out.
The overall service and food quality fell far below expectations, and I felt very let down.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take steps to improve your service and food quality.

Although the crowd was very busy, Auntie Mei is vey friendly and puts a smile on her face. She was patient and informed us on the late orders. I had a very good time enjoying my dinner here at Genki Chinatown Point.

Food was great until I saw 2 cockroaches peeking right next to my food. Gave feedback to the manager.
There’s another review here a year ago on baby cockroaches in this outlet too, which is quite unsettling

Genki delivers their food via miniature rail, so that’s always fun. Ordering is via QR code and your cellphone. The gyudon (sliced beef with rice) was quite tough. The cheeseburger sushi, while cute, was room temperature 😕. The rest of the food was fine (and hot or cold as appropriate 🙂) if a bit spendy.

It is highly recommended to have delectable sushi and a wide variety of other Japanese dishes here. Ordering is conveniently done online through the provided QR code. The online platform is exceptionally well-designed, offering a diverse range of categories to choose from. Prices are reasonable and comparable to most other sushi establishments. The membership program provides two distinct tiers with varying benefits and rebates. Service efficiency could be improved, as the time between food ordering and serving was approximately 7 minutes. Therefore, it is advisable to place all orders at once to optimize the dining experience. Overall, Genki Sushi is a commendable establishment that I would gladly revisit in the future to satiate any sushi cravings that may arise.
