Liji is my favourite cai fan by far ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ never once i ate there, packed home and still so yummy. I had it 4x so far all packed back. It's so guuuud and affordable. I miss liji every now and then. Best for me were the braised shitake mushrooms, fried chicken and fried tempura prawn/ebi.

One of the better economical rice I have tried so far. Great value for money. A wide variety of nice local dishes and with complimentary soup to go along. So good that we come all the way down regularly and do not mind the long queue.

Serving staffs (except the cook) wear hair net. And unlike elsewhere, your choice of vegetables/protein will be laid on the rice with some thought. If you're limiting carb intake, portions here are smaller. As a result, some might feel prices are a bit higher. But that depends on your point of reference. Even so, there's a perpetual queue, which I often find myself joining as though I'm in a zombie state of mind. I've not been disappointed with the taste so far. Crowd favourite chicken wing is crisp and juicy when it's freshly fried. I know of people who are indifferent to veg rice when dining out. But on the off chance you want some, you are not likely to regret picking here.
