This restaurant has a good selection of Vietnamese dishes of which the noodle soups are really tasty. Great soup broth that is clear and well seasoned. Very fast service with reasonable prices (No service charge). Decent portion that is not too small. The restaurant also provides a basket of different seasonings and sauces for diners to use at will. The only negative thing is that the artificial lime/lemon liquid tastes and smells like lemon dishwashing liquid.

Was recommended to try their main shop at Joo Chiat, but since there was 1 at Chinatown, I decided to try it for lunch. I got the rare beef pho, a platter for sharing and iced coffee.
The broth was quite nice and the beef alright. Platter was rather disappointing given the price and its actual size. I feel the rolls could have been bigger? Iced coffee was nothing unexpected.

The order went without problems, the possibility to pay also by card. The operator understands a little English which is an advantage. There is no service fee, only tax. Mi Nuoc Hai San was okay, from the menu photo I didn't expect so much broccoli there, the calamari was a bit tough.

Found the noodles really flavourful and it went really well with the chilli, the prawns, meat slices and offals (may not be for everyone but I found them clean) in the noodles were cooked well. The bitter gourd soup was quite ok, wouldn't really recommend it for the price.
Also tried the Jackfruit smoothie (unfortately no picture). It had the authentic taste of the jackfruit albeit being quite sweet. Still worth a try though!

The Pho Dac Biet (special noodle soup) had a good serving of noodles, sliced beef and beef balls. The broth was ok although not as flavorful. The PhnomPenh noodle soup had a good serving of noodles and ingredients but the broth was bland. The grilled pork, spring rolls with rice noodles was tasty. The grilled pork was marinated well and was flavorful.

My summer exchange buddy and I were wandering around looking for dinner when we stumbled upon this unassuming corner store. It looked authentic and fuss-free — exactly the kind of place that draws us in, even without air-con.
We had our usual: pho and shared some spring rolls. While the pho didn’t beat our favourite spot back home at Shaw Centre, the vibes here were unmistakably Vietnamese.

Amazing food and value for money. Menu differs slightly from Joo Chiat branch but still great!
Had the Bun Thit Nuong, Banh Xeo, and Bun Rieu, together with a standard cup of Viet coffee. The flavours never disappoint (the best imo in Sg, really), food is served relatively quickly and it makes my belly happy. I’ve been here several times and I like how LP remains consistent.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Place was not crowded. There is air-conditioning, but the restaurant is open-sided. It felt reasonably cool inside.
We had the Spicy Beef Stew Noodle (Hu Tieu Bo Kho), Well-Done Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Nam), Morning Glory Stir Fried (Rau Muong Xao Toi) and a Coconut smoothie.
All the dishes were delicious and the portions were generous! Soup was very tasty, and there was a good-sized portion of beef. The morning glory (Kang Kung veggie) was very tasty too, with bits of fried garlic.
The coconut smoothie was yummy, and they also serve whatever is left of the coconut juice (that they didn't use for the smoothie) in a separate cup. The smoothie was priced at $8.50, but I think for the portion they gave, it was fair.
Whole bill came up to $45.22 for 2 pax. We were super full.
At the place where we sat (close to the fridge), there was a kind of mild funky smell, which I think might have been a food/spice smell. If you're sensitive to that, you might want to sit closer to the outdoors. There was also Vietnamese songs playing, of a genre that reminds me of Chinese New Year songs. It wasn't too loud, but the place was definitely not "quiet". I would have preferred it if the music was a lot softer, or if they choose to play something more soothing or played no music.
Overall, I would definitely revisit, as the food is really good.

Came for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and the food is great! Tried a few dishes and simply love it especially the baguette! Can go check it out if you want to try Vietnamese food.

First time here.
Not crowded as early.
Ordered fried cockles with tamarind sauce and grilled pork spring roll vermicelli priced at $12.50 and $11.50 respectively and 1 tamarind juice.
The deep fried cockles is good.
Grilled pork and spring rolls too. I figure very little vegetables given in this mixed dish, like they could add basil and mint leaves would be better.
Drink is also good.
Nice little non aircon eatery.
Only GST is charged.
