You can't take a lift to get here, you need to take the lift to the top floor and then take a flight of stairs up to this rooftop garden. You can turn the giant prayer wheel here 3 time to pray and to get good lucks. This is a very serene place to rest and/or pray. Beautiful rooftop garden!!!
