I have been coming here with my daughter for hair removal treatment after recommendation from a friend. So far it has been a good experience. The hair removal process was quick, painless too! Staff are nice and welcoming. Keep a lookout for their promo prices on their website! I personally like the Central branch because it's not crowded on weekdays.

Lovely experience at The Regina! Have been doing SHR here for the past year and have seen significant differences in my underarms. The staff are patient & considerate,, no uncomfortable feeling throughout. Place is really clean too. Would recommend people to try their services!

I’ve not been going for my treatment for 3 years due to health reasons. Upon messaging to enquire on an available slot of the treatment, the staff remembered on the reason that I had to stop my treatment and assisted me in booking a slot. On the day of my treatment, the staff made sure that I was comfortable. The treatment took less than 10 minutes so it was definitely a smooth process.
