I have been coming here with my daughter for hair removal treatment after recommendation from a friend. So far it has been a good experience. The hair removal process was quick, painless too! Staff are nice and welcoming. Keep a lookout for their promo prices on their website! I personally like the Central branch because it's not crowded on weekdays.

Lovely experience at The Regina! Have been doing SHR here for the past year and have seen significant differences in my underarms. The staff are patient & considerate,, no uncomfortable feeling throughout. Place is really clean too. Would recommend people to try their services!

I’ve not been going for my treatment for 3 years due to health reasons. Upon messaging to enquire on an available slot of the treatment, the staff remembered on the reason that I had to stop my treatment and assisted me in booking a slot. On the day of my treatment, the staff made sure that I was comfortable. The treatment took less than 10 minutes so it was definitely a smooth process. Thank you, Regina @ The Central for always providing the smooth service.

Recently visited Regina again as I understand that my underarm hair removal package was still applicable. Regina has a nice environment, polite staff and good service. They check in time to time and although they will share their promotion but they aren’t pushy at all.

Therapist are attentive, skillful, respectful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable while you do the treatment. The treatment works and have noticed permanent hair removal! Will definitely recommend.

Just started going back to Regina after discovering my underarm package is still valid after many years. The therapists are really nice and polite and efficient in their work. Signed quite a few packages with them to see the effectiveness, so far I find ultrasonic and whitening do help after a few appointments. Have yet to see really tremendous effect for SHR due been only less than four times with them.
There is definitely hard and soft selling :) here and there, but do only take those you feel are relevant to you and prices are acceptable.
One thing I wish they can improve on is informing customer beforehand about additional costs before they proceed with what they feel is necessary as customer may not know it is not part of the packages they have signed. Was charged a one-time additional cost at the end of one treatment I had as they perceived my skin was too dry to proceed but I was not informed abt the cost beforehand.
Another thing I wish to highlight is I have purchased additional skincare products aka serums from them, so was encouraged to take home to use. Even though instructions was given beforehand about the opening of the seal, but the silver seal broke halfway, and I had a hard time opening the rest of e seal thus I spilled the whole serum the first time. It is highly recommended for those who feel they have trouble opening the bottles to leave it in-store instead and leave it to professional hands.
