Alright, folks, Wu Wang Guo 勿忘锅 Hot Pot, nestled in the heart of Chinatown, is a vibrant and delicious hot pot experience that truly lives up to its name – "Don't Forget the Pot." Donkey and I cycled down to this place for dinner with our Bromptons, and the staff were super considerate! They found a great spot for us to park our bikes inside the restaurant. The Good: • The Food: The broth options at Wu Wang Guo are the real deal. Donkey went for the classic tomato soup base, which was rich and flavorful, while I opted for the nourishing collagen broth, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal. Each broth is bursting with flavor and depth. The ingredients, from the fresh vegetables to the high-quality meats, are carefully selected and prepared, ensuring a truly authentic hot pot experience. • The Service: We were particularly impressed by the staff, especially Tina and Meng Meng, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Even the manager was fantastic – when we were taking pictures in a closed-off area, they were kind enough to switch on the lights for us, making our photos even better. The staff even told us that upon doing a Google review, we would be given a free beef platter, and to our surprise, the portion was incredibly generous, as shown in my picture. • The Atmosphere: While the restaurant itself is big, the seating is spacious, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The overall atmosphere is fantastic. The Quirks: • Nothing really stood out as a “quirk” in this review. Donkey’s Note: The tomato soup base was so good! It was so flavorful! My Note: I loved the collagen broth! It was so nourishing! Rating: • Food: 5/5 (Authentic and delicious) • Service: 5/5 (Friendly and attentive) • Atmosphere: 4.5/5 (Welcoming and comfortable) • Overall: 4.5/5 Overall: Wu Wang Guo 勿忘锅 Hot Pot is a must-try for any hot pot enthusiast visiting Chinatown. The authentic flavors, generous portions, and exceptional service make it a standout. Don't forget to bring your appetite!

The food was decent (as in it was edible) but i refuse to believe ALL OF THIS WAS $60. The service was okay. They served the food at a decent pace and they were welcoming. However, some staff welcoming such as opening my can drink for me which i did not ask for. (i found it a bit gross). The thing that irked me was that they charged for wet tissues which doesn't happen in other hot pot restaurants. They also charged us condiments when we didn't take any. They also didn't add soup in time when the water level was low. The pot burned and the tomato pot became barbecue flavoured.

Overall pleasant experience and the ingredients were fresh except the shrimp dumplings which have weird taste. The collagen beauty soup base was flavourful and rich. The frozen tofu has very special texture and soft! Service was good and the staff were very attentive! The price seemed relatively pricey, cost close to $60 per pax without any order of seafood, as for meat, only 1 full portion of sliced US beef and 2 full portions of sliced pork collar!

We tried 4 soup base and I must say it is very good. Food wise they are generally good. The seaweed beancurd skin stands out among the food we ordered. The staff is friendly. However service wise can be improved with more attentiveness and faster serving time. This I feel loose out to their competitor. You can also bring your own wine as there is no corkage fee.
