Chinatown Heritage Centre invites you to a hands-on Nyonya kueh workshop this July, where you will learn to make traditional Peranakan desserts under the guidance of experienced home cooks.
The workshop covers four iconic kueh varieties: kueh lapis (layered cake), ang ku kueh (red tortoise cake), ondeh-ondeh (pandan balls with gula melaka), and kueh dadar (pandan crepes with coconut filling).
All ingredients and equipment are provided, and each participant takes home a box of freshly made kueh. The workshop is suitable for beginners — no prior cooking experience is needed.
Sessions are limited to 20 participants. Book early to secure your spot.
