A simple mural of Bruce Lee located in the middle of Chinatown that has Bruce Lee of course, fireworks, tea, a dragon’s head, and more. I like the color scheme as it pops and it’s a neat painting style as well. But nothing too special. You might get a kick out of it if you like Bruce Lee.

Located near the main entrance of Chinatown Complex. This mural depicts not only Bruce Lee but also other things that local Chinese are familiar with, such as firecrackers, durians, dragon and tea. Painted by students from Temasek Polytechnic.

Right at the entrance to the food market. Nothing special. Is Bruce from Sg? Haha

The sets and props were so nostalgic and love the soundscape. It’s like stepping into another time.

We visited during the soft launch, but the official launch will be from August. The rooms are beautifully set up with many photo opps. Take your time to find the details on each room, and have fun figuring out how to get from one room to the next! The team is also behind battlebox and I find that so interesting because these are mini exhibitions that are wonderfully set up and educate the community in our history at the same time- creative entrepreneurship.

One of many beautiful murals in Chinatown by local artist Yip Yew Chong.
