Excellent, I took my parts list down there and 20 mins later it was all sorted. There is an incredible amount of kit in there for such a small shop, and the Uncle is a really nice guy. There is no way that I could find all that I wanted without him doing it for me Hobbyists dream place, when I squeezed around the shop I bought a load of salvaged stuff for my stock bin that wasn't on my list and less than 50% of the price buying from farnell or RS. I will still use the big online boys but after checking whether Koba have stock

Stumbled upon this place while doing a google search for Luxury Watch Battery Replacement. Decided to give it a shot. Did a Frank Muller Watch Battery replacement. Uncle Simon tested the watch before requesting for payment. He is pleasant and charges fair prices for replacement. Battery was replaced promptly on the spot & he did some basic cleaning. Would recommend anyone who needs a fuss free fix.

This was a great experience. I needed a Seiko SKX013 bezel fixed and a SKX009 resized. For the bezel i was given two quotes. One for a simplier fix and another that would require ordering parts if needed. Simon Watch was able to do the lower cost fixnd. It was a very reasonable price and a timeframe of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Very polite.

Bad service and attitude problem. Dont know how to adjust auto digital world time watch with dual time after changing battery. Take own sweet time to change the time, 15min waste after battery change done. Waste of time, 1 timing wrong become 2 timing wrong. End up watch cannot use, as I need to rush back work. Never waste time do any watch here, lousy service still give rubbish excuse. Make me late for work. When time promise is not comply as well. More then 30min doing 2 watches. Plus 15min waste.

Simon watch very experience friendly person. I had a old watch which cannot be repaired for many years but managed to get it repaired by him. It was a valued pocket watch from my late father which I'm keeping as remembrance. Thank you for excellent service.

Fixed my new strap with a leather one $38.All went smoothly and the process was quick.i believe it was the owner who served me and he does exhibit patience to offer options.Guess it was alright for me.
