Their service is amazing—very friendly with excellent workmanship at reasonable prices. Keep in mind that Mr. Simon is deaf in one ear, so he might not hear you when you visit. Do be understanding and wave to get his attention!

Mr Simon is very down to earth and honest businessman and perhaps despite being a micro enterprise, it is flourishing business. I found this place off the search engine and reached out to them via message. They were responsive, flexible and welcoming when I visited the outlet later. The item I wanted to get repaired was valuable and sentimental. He did it within minutes. In that time, his dedication and passion were omnipresent. A lady at the shop was also friendly and forthcoming. What gave me a pleasant surprise was the price of service. It was extremely reasonable. This trade is niche and in the inflationary era, they are placing service and the customer above everything. Thank you so much. You made my day indeed.

Went here to purchase new luggage as advised by a friend. Sweet elderly couple running the store, with no hard selling. They were very nice and kind enough to suggest to us luggage that is worth it. Prices also cheaper than seen in stores. 100% recommended.

We came here because the reviews were good, but the customer service experience and prices were bad. The older gentleman was rude and dishonest with his sales tactics. I asked for prices on a couple of 28” bags and he immediately provided numbers that were clearly higher than normal, only to reduce them as soon as I said I would come back after checking a nearby store. When I said I’ll come back again in just a few minutes, he got upset and said “you go buy there then,” put the luggage up and walked off. So I did exactly that and never came back! Read at least another low review and you’ll see it’s not just me who was treated this way. Avoid this place. Plenty of honest places nearby

Very pleasant elderly couple assisted us and patiently waited for us to make our decision. No hard selling and prices were competitive. Got the Lojel luggage (new colour) I wanted at a good price!
