Amazing place with extremely helpful owners. Helped us and another couple we were with find exactly what we needed in additional luggage. Phillip was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for us. Excellent prices for quality luggage! We specifically went there based on previous reviews which were spot on.

The service was very excellent. The 2 owners are super friendly. No hard sell at all!! When i asked them if they have the model and colour that i wanted, they didn’t have stock. But 2 days later the uncle texted me that the stock had arrived. He was very kind to keep the stock for me for almost 1 week as I was in overseas so I can go to the shop to buy when i was back in SG. On the day i went back to buy, he set the passcode for the lock for me and told me all the features of the luggage and also how to register for warrantee. The price is very competitive. I definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars with 2 thumbs up!!

Luggage Uncle literally saved my friend from a broken luggage situation where it broke on the day she needed to fly back. He was extremely nice and accommodating to open his shop for my friend after hours!!! We couldn't be more grateful to him, he saved the day! Competitive pricing as well!

This little luggage store is hidden away in the back of the People's Park Centre and while it may not be as easy to find as some of the other luggage places dotted around Singapore, the lovely couple who run this store know their stuff. They're incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the luggage and are accomodating with alternate options if you have a fair idea of what you're looking for. Great, friendly service, complete with tips about what luggage would suit your choice of travel. Spend your money at a well run, family business and support the little guy instead of going to the big chain stores.

We too greatly appreciated the knowledgeable service provided by the proprietors, carefully measuring our potential purchase to ensure that it was less than the maximum cabin baggage size for a particular budget airline. My wife also found a rucksack that also had detachable wheels so that it could be wheeled as well as carried. We left very pleased with our purchases and the attentive service that we had received

Bought a Slazenger luggage for $89, firstly the lock spoiled then the divider compartment spoiled, then one of the wheels came off. Avoid at all costs! Edit: I would rather not go all the way there for repairs unless reimbursed, too many problems with the luggage to count

No hours listed on website. I called 4 days in advance to confirm store would be open, was told they'd be open until 6pm. Left work early, rushed over, called because I could not find the store as the address on google maps is wrong. Was told I need to make an appointment and they were closed today. This is not a business that can be relied on.

Read all the earlier reviews urged me to check the store and see if they sell a small lock for luggage. Turns out they do! And the product is in good quality, as for the price i tried to bargain and they cut the price a little which actually made me quite happy. They also kindly explained and helped me to set the pin of the lock. I recommend to check this place out, but i also advise to check the market price of the product sold in this store in case there is doubt of the price in here. Nevertheless, i believe hospitality is one of the important part of doing business and i think they done a great job on that part. 👍

If you like getting a cold shoulder from the staff then this is the place for you. Otherwise, just visit the Chinatown OG 5 mins away. Came down due to all the raving reviews about the great customer service but it was clearly absent. Uncle was friendly towards a couple who just bought a few pieces of luggage. We waited for him to conclude his business before asking about the pricing, warranty and place of manufacturing. I'm not sure what I did to offend him but he answered nonchalantly, ignored us right after to do his own stuff. Must be really busy unpacking to attend to customers. Price is indeed competitive but I can't recommend anyone to come down here. There is a limited selection of luggage and you might have to face a temperamental Uncle.
