I was highly recommended to Dr Ng by a specialist friend. And indeed, I had the most detailed eye examination in my life. Dr Ng was very detailed and intentional to find out about my eyes condition and to get me a pair of compatible glasses. And because I’m hyper sensitive and prone to giddiness once I put on a pair of specs, it was a challenge for me over the years to wear any glasses. Dr Ng took the efforts to have an additional round of tests done on me when I still experience the ‘floating’ sensation with the first pair of glasses. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Ng and Dr Nguyen for your efforts to find me the right prescription and final pair of glasses. 20/20 eye care is indeed a unique place, with two docs’ hearts intentionally transforming lives. With his expert prescription, he corrected my vision from -450 in my right eye with double vision and -750 in my left eye, restoring me to a clear 6/6 vision. His attention to detail and depth of knowledge are remarkable. Dr. Nguyen followed through with the perfect finishing touches—expertly adjusting my new prescription glasses. Thanks to her care, the nose pads now rest comfortably on my nose bridge, and the side temples grip gently yet securely on the eminence of my concha, offering excellent comfort with minimal stress. In today’s fast-paced world, it is rare to find doctors who not only possess such exceptional skills but also show true passion and love for what they do. BEST RECOMMENDED OPTICAL STORE Recently went to another store L******t to do my specs because i thought is more convenient, nearer to my home, end up so much problem, i feel so uncomfortable with the specs, it is like wearing magnifiers (middle clear, the rest is blur) and have strong pressure. they told me is normal, try to get used to it, so i wore 3 days during work, i go back to the store to redo eye test, they said wrong prescription hence redo specs for me. After 2 days i collect and it is even worse !!! I start to worry is my eyes damaged or brain issue 😅 Decided to go Pearl’s optical as they have equipment to do eye health test 🥺 after all the test, they found out the specs from L*******t over power by a lot like 75 !! OMG 😨 No wonder I felt the strong pressure when wearing it. They change for me on the spot, only took 15-20mins ready ! And it is comfortable to wear. Clear and no pressure. Thanks to the young pretty lady! She is so patient and detailed in performing the test for me.

Superb customer service and professionalism. The owner is still hands-on in the shop, and his fantastic experience helps to make good recommendations in the prescription lenses and style of frame. It is good that I have gone back to them after so many years away. Used to do my glasses there since I was young and stopped for many years after I married and moved away. Highly recommended and glad that I have come back to make my new glasses!

Have been coming here for more than 30 years. Granted you have to be patient as the shop is always crowded, the service is always excellent! Can safely say that my eyes have been taken care by the boss and his team all these years. Each visit is accompanied by a thorough eye check. This alone would cost more that $250 when done elsewhere. Recently came specifically to enquire about macular degeneration and that was promptly checked. MJ who helped us even gave us a short eduction on this issue. Where else can you get your glasses made and full eye health checked!! Thank you Mr Koh and team!
